Aside of sharing his own advice and research, Mr. Pearson collected hundreds of interviews with authorities in many fields and disciplines. His emphasis on healthful living and prevention has met with profound success in his daily life as a Physicians Assistant. George Y. Pearson learned in his medical practice that health outcomes are better when people are educated about how their life styles affects their health. He also found that when people understand their own circumstances, history, and life stressors they were empowered to make the changes needed to improve their health.
